• Fifteen to thirty days: half the trip fee is refunded
• Under fifteen days: no refund, but you may transfer your place to someone else

A trip requires a minimum group size. If we cannot reach it, we notify you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another route, or a full refund.

Insurance covering cold weather activity on ice and water is required. Tell us about anything affecting your mobility or diet — it shapes how we plan the day, never whether you can join.
